Dr. Pearl Presley 

A THRIVING CAREER



A native Georgian, Dr. Pearl Presley has resided in Newnan, Georgia over 19 years.  She has been in the Real Estate profession for more than forty years. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and has received multiple designations in Real Estate Management.  She’s the Founder/CEO of E. Pearl Presley Realty Company, Inc., and has managed and operated a successful real estate firm with 15+ sales associates. Dr. Presley was the first woman to be elected President of Empire Board of Realtists (EBR), and the first woman to be elected Chairperson for EBR Board of Directors. She is the recipient of Pioneer Women in Real Estate by the National Women’s Council of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB); “Realtist of the Year” from EBR and NAREB; Who’s Who in Georgia; and Bronze Business Woman of the Year by Delta Phi Lambda Sorority.  She is also a member of the National Association of University Women, and The Links. Additionally, she is the author of the book, “You Are An Overcomer.”

Dr. Presley is an ordained Minister of the Gospel, and Pastor of New Deliverance Ministries, Inc.  She attended Morris Brown College where she majored in Business Administration and Beulah Heights University majoring in Christian Counseling. She is a graduate of Kingsway Christian University & Theological Seminary with a PhD in Christian Counseling.

Dr. Presley's experience as a successful business owner, as well as her leadership roles in civic, community and professional organizations, has prepared her to utilize those skills for the betterment of the citizens of Coweta County. She is well-versed and thoroughly equipped to effectively communicate with constituents, government officials, and the public in a manner that is mutually beneficial. As Coweta County Commissioner – District 4, Dr. Presley plans to make a positive difference in the Commission's efforts to adhere to the policies, procedures, and responsibilities for the overall operations of the County. Her proven dedication and determination for favorable outcomes and winning results will add value to the Coweta County Commission.
